After successfully setting up your computer for the test
Please send an email to your supervisor.
You will then be sent a Zoom meeting invitation for the test administration.
On the day of the test, you will be re-sent the Zoom meeting invitation giving you the Session ID for your test session.
- On the Secure Browser, click on Start my Classroom test
- Enter the session number provided by your administrator
- You will use the Session ID, your Family Name/Last Name and your date of birth to launch the test.
Make sure you join the meeting on time. Once testing begins, you will not be able to join.
Step 1: System Check
You must perform a System Check to make sure your computer and internet connection will allow you to complete the test on test day. If you fail the system check, please try to turn off other devices using your wi-fi connection to improve connectivity of your device during testing.

Navigate to /a>. Click on Check Readiness

Click Skip this Step.

Type in your First and Last Name and leave the Comments fields blank. Click Run Check. You will see the system check testing different functions needed to successfully administer the test.

Once the check has finished running, review the results to ensure that you can run the secure browser.
After you select Skip this Step the following screen will appear. Click Run System Check.
Step 2: Download the TOEIC Secure Browser

Navigate to /a>. Click on Download Secure Browser

Click Skip this Step.

Click Download. Click on the downloaded file to start with the installation

When installation is complete, click OK. A shortcut to launch the audio browser will be added to your desktop.
Confirm the icon below is on your desktop. Double click the icon to ensure the browser opens.
You can close the screen by clicking Close in the upper right corner.
If any of the checks fail, please ensure that you meet minimum system requirements

ON TEST DAY
Approximately 10‐15 minutes before your appointment time, review the policies in the meeting invitation email and prepare your testing environment.

Prepare your Testing Location

Before you enter the Zoom meeting, restart your computer. This will prevent unauthorized software from running in the background when you launch the test.

You must use the computer and internet connection on which you performed the system checks. You can have only one computer monitor.

You must test in a quiet, well‐lit, private location. Light source should not be behind you.

Use a personal computer and network to take the exam. If you need to schedule time in advance to reserve a quiet space, please do so ahead of your appointment.

Public locations such as coffee shops and computer labs are not permitted. Use of a private internet connection such as corporate networks, hotel networks or government connections will likely prohibit the use of the required technology due to the network’s firewalls.

Clear the area of notes, books, smart watches, tablets and any other items. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be removed from the area. Food and drinks are not permitted during testing.

You may not leave your seat during the test administration.

1- Mỗi mã code chỉ được sử dụng 1 lần duy nhất. Không cấp lại mã code khi đã kích hoạt.
2- Thí sinh chỉ làm bài thi trên máy tính bàn hoặc laptop để đạt kết quả tốt nhất. Đặc biệt lưu ý: Thí sinh sử dụng trình duyệt Chrome, không nên làm trên trình duyệt Safari, Firefox.
3- Bài thi diễn ra trong vòng 120 phút, hết thời gian làm bài, thí sinh chọn “Nộp bài” để nhận kết quả bài thi. Trường hợp không chọn nộp bài, kết quả sẽ không được ghi nhận.
4- Thí sinh cần đảm bảo thiết bị, đường truyền mạng, tai nghe ổn định để làm bài.
5- Trong trường hợp gặp các lỗi liên quan đến thiết bị, đường truyền mạng, trong vòng 120 phút kể từ khi kích hoạt code, thí sinh có thể làm lại bài thi bằng cách nhập lại mã code trên trình duyệt và thiết bị vừa thao tác. Sau thời gian này, code không thể sử dụng.
6- Đề thi thuộc bản quyền của ETS và IIG Vietnam. Nghiêm cấm thí sinh sao chép, phát tán đề thi dưới mọi hình thức.
